Beginning on May 28th, 2026: All persons using the pools must make reservations ahead of time and pay for a swim session, regardless of age. The swim session cost is the same for each soaker, no matter their age.

Any existing reservations that include guests 5 years and under and were made prior to May 28th, 2026, will be honored. In those cases, children 5 and under will still be able to soak for free.

Day Use Swim Information

Please take a few moments to read through the following before booking your reservation:

• ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED for all day use swim guests. All swim session reservations must be made online and in advance by selecting the “Book Your Swim Session” towards the bottom of this page.

• Our current swim session rates are $20/person Monday-Thursday and $22/person Friday-Sunday.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Beginning with October 1, 2026 sessions, rates are $21/person Monday-Thursday and $23/person Friday-Sunday.

• Please remember to Bring Your Own Pool Towels as we are unable to provide day use towels. For your convenience, we sell towels in our gift shop.

• AGE LIMITATIONS: Children under the age of 5 may not enter water over 100 degrees Fahrenheit/37 degrees Celsius. Children under 14 and non-swimmers must have adult supervision at all times. Pool 1 is for adults only (18 years and older), pools 2, 3, and 4 are for ages 14/older, pool 5 is for swimmers 5 years/older and that are toilet trained, pool 6 is for swimmers of all ages but those not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper with waterproof pants with elastic opening for legs and waist, and pool 7 is for swimmers 3 years/older and toilet trained.

• THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD: Children under the age of 14 and non-swimmers must have adult supervision at all times. Children ages 5 and under must be within arm’s reach of a supervising adult. For each reservation group, a 1:1 ratio of children ages 5 and under to adults is strongly encouraged.

• You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your booking. Please be ready to present this with picture ID upon arrival. In addition, you’ll receive a reminder email 5 days prior to your check-in date, and this will be your last chance to make changes through “Manage My Swim Reservation.” Once deposits are taken at 10 PM, 3 days prior to your check-in date, your reservation will become non-refundable and you’ll no longer be able to manage your reservation online.

• We are now accepting gift cards for day use swim reservations! If you are using a gift card to pay for your swim reservation, you must also provide a credit card to be kept as a guarantee.

• Picnics/outside food & beverage are not permitted anywhere at the resort. We have many delicious options that you can order from the Harwood House Restaurant and Tavern. In addition, we have some light snacks and meals available at the new Poolside Bar!

• Guests may bring in their own EMPTY water bottles (glass is not permitted in the pool area.) There is a filling station in the changing room building.

• Another month of availability will roll out on the first day of each month at Noon MST so that swim reservations may be accepted as far out as 4 months.
