Terms and Conditions of Reserving a Day Use Swim Session

Following, are the terms and conditions of reserving a day use swim session at Quinn's Hot Springs Resort. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and we therefor recommend that you check them each time you book.

Regardless of your method of booking, you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card to secure your reservation and a deposit for the full amount of your day use swim session reservation will be charged at midnight, 3 days prior to your check in date. If you use a gift card to pay for any amount of your reservation, the funds will deducted immediately and at the time of booking. Any amount that is still due after the gift card funds have been deducted will be charged to the credit card submitted during the booking process and at midnight, 3 days prior to the reservation. Quinn's Hot Springs Resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover to secure a reservation. The expiry date of your card must be later than the date of departure of your reservation. You must ensure that the information you have provided while making your reservation is accurate before you confirm your reservation. If you think you have made a mistake or you need to amend any details in a reservation, please contact us to discuss this.

We offer three (4-hour) day use swim sessions; Morning (8a-Noon), Midday (Noon-4p), and Evening (4-8p.) The session you’ve reserved will determine the start and end times. To get the most of your day use swim session, we recommend that you arrive up to a half hour prior to you session start time so that you can check in, shower and change beforehand. You may arrive anytime within the 4-hour time period of your session, but you will need to exit the pools by the end time of your reserved session.

You may cancel or reschedule your reservation if done by midnight, three days prior to your reserved session date. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at swim@quinnshotsprings.com or (406) 826-3150 Ext 321. You may also manage your booking online at the following link: https://swims.quinnshotsprings.com/retrieve. Reservations cancelled after midnight, 3 days prior to the reserved session date, are non-refundable and cannot be moved to a new date. If you do not show up for your reservation and fail to cancel, your reservation is non-refundable and cannot be moved to a new date.

If your reservation consists of 9/more guests, you will be asked to submit a Large Party Request Form at: https://www.quinnshotsprings.com/large-swim-party. Differing from a standard swim reservation, large party swim reservations must be paid in full at the time of the booking and, once booked, are completely non refundable and cannot be moved to a new date.

From time to time, there may be extenuating circumstance which mean we need to cancel your reservation. This would be a time where the resort is unable to accommodate people, for example, in the case of: flooding, fire, water shortage or emergency evacuation. Should this type of incident occur, we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity. 

Liability Information: 

Guests with reservations agree that their liability for any bill is not waived and they agree to be financially responsible for any part or the full amount of their reservation. They authorize Quinn’s Hot Springs Resort (QHSR) to charge their credit card on file for any and all additional expenses incurred during their stay including but not limited to: charges for incidentals such as food, beverage, and gift shop items, made to authorized swim wristbands on their reservation, damages caused by them or their guests to the facility, or refunded monies to other guests as a result of excessive noise and/or actions.  

Check out time depends on the swim session reserved: Morning is from 8:00 AM – Noon, Midday/Afternoon is from Noon – 4:00 PM, and Evening/PM is from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. 

Guests agree that QHSR disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedule caused by weather, strikes or any other irregularity outside the company’s control and for expenses due to any of these reasons. All such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the guest. 

Guests understand and agree with the Pool Rules posted at QHSR pool complex. They understand that failure to comply may result in loss of swim privileges. 

Guests enter QHSR on their own responsibility and are responsible for children accompanying them. They understand that there is no lifeguard on duty.  

Guests are made aware of the following:  

  • Floors, walkways, and steps may be slippery and/or wet in places, use caution, and use the handrails where available. 

  • Diving, jumping, and rough play into the pools is not permitted.  

  • All guests must wear proper bathing suits. 

  • Guests may not bring outside food or drinks for consumption on QHSR property. The only exception to this is that you may bring in an EMPTY water bottle to be filled at our water filling station.  

  • Guests are required to shower before entering the pools to remove lotions, oils, and the like. 

  • Guests are responsible for bringing their own towels for day swim. Towels may be purchased in the gift shop.
