Lodging Reservation Terms and Conditions

Following are the terms and conditions of reserving a room and staying with Quinn’s Hot Springs Resort.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and we therefore recommend that you check them each time you book.

Securing your booking

Regardless of your method of booking, you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card to secure your reservation and a deposit of the first night’s rate will be charged at the time of booking. Quinn’s Hot Springs Resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express to secure a reservation. The expiry date of your card must be later than the date of departure of your reservation.

You agree to allow Quinn’s to use your credit card information for internet reservations if booked online, and transfer Credit Card information to our property management system in the event of an upgrade or cancellation regarding your reservation.

You must ensure that the information you have provided while making your reservation is accurate before you confirm your reservation. If you think you have made a mistake or you need to amend any details in a reservation, please contact us to discuss this.

Cancellations & Non-Arrivals

Reservations cancelled by midnight, 3 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded to the card used to make the reservation. If cancelled after midnight, 3 days prior to the arrival date, the reservation is 100% non-refundable and cannot be moved to a new date.

If you do not show up for your reservation and fail to cancel, your reservation is non-refundable and any additional nights on your reservation will be charged to the card used to make your reservation.

The Montana Baroque Music Festival Lodging Packages are 100% non-refundable and cannot be moved to a new date.

From time to time, there may be extenuating circumstances which mean we need to cancel your reservation. Should this type of incident occur, we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.
